All new for 2008, the CATPRO 7000 D/HD now performs automated all-surfaces visual inspection and testing on a wide range of catalyst substrates for diesel and gas applications. Utilizing multiple high-end imaging platforms, custom software and high quality hardware the CATPRO 7000 D/HD can look at, under, through, around and print on your parts. It will detect defects and features from plugs, cracks, chips and gouges to contour, perpendicularity, and cell density, at rates of up to 1200 parts per hour. The primary advantage of the 7000 as compared to the 6000 is in part handling: robots vs. conveyors.
